Join us for a special evening for the animals Roots as 12-time James Beard nominee, Martin Rios, creates an incredible 5 course vegan menu. Fantastic wines will be paired with each course and proceeds benefit the residents of Roots Animal Sanctuary in Tijeras, New Mexico.
